Understanding your dashboard
The Basecomp dashboard gives you a real-time view of your store's performance. Here is what each section shows.
Overview cards
At the top of the dashboard you will find four key metrics:
- Total Revenue — Gross ticket sales for the current month
- Active Raffles — Raffles currently on sale
- Tickets Sold — Total tickets sold across all live raffles
- New Customers — Customers who registered this month
Recent orders
The orders table shows the last 10 ticket purchases, including the customer name, raffle, quantity, and payment status. Click any order to see the full detail and manage it.
Raffle status
Each live raffle shows a progress bar indicating how many tickets have been sold versus the total supply. Raffles approaching full will be highlighted.
Draw notifications
If you have raffles with upcoming draws, a reminder banner appears at the top of the dashboard so you never miss a draw date.
