How to set up your first raffle
1. Navigate to the raffles dashboard
From your store dashboard, click Raffles in the left sidebar. You'll see a list of all your raffles (empty for now). Click the New Raffle button in the top-right corner.

2. Fill in the basic details
Give your raffle a name and description. The name appears on your storefront and in customer emails, so make it clear and compelling. You can also set a featured image that shows on the raffle card.
Key fields to complete:
Raffle name — e.g. "Win a PS5 Pro Bundle"
Description — Describe what entrants can win and why they should enter
Featured image — A high-quality photo of the prize (recommended 1200x800px)
Category — Assign to a category for easier browsing
Tip
Use specific, benefit-driven raffle names. "Win a PS5 Pro Bundle worth £699" performs better than generic titles like "Gaming Giveaway". Include the prize value — it increases conversions by up to 23%.
3. Configure prizes
Every raffle needs at least one prize. Click Add Prize in the Prizes tab to create your main prize. You can add multiple prizes for runner-up positions and even configure instant win prizes.
For each prize, you'll specify:
Prize name and description
Retail value — Used for cash alternative calculations
Cash alternative — Optionally let winners choose cash (typically retail price minus 20% VAT)
Prize images — Add multiple photos to a gallery

4. Set ticket pricing and limits
In the Tickets tab, configure how much each ticket costs and how many are available. You can set a maximum number of tickets per customer and define the total ticket supply.
Tip
Popular price points are £0.99, £1.99, and £4.99. Lower price points typically generate more entries but may need more tickets sold to cover costs. Use the profitability calculator in your dashboard to find the sweet spot.
5. Schedule the draw
Set when the raffle ends and the draw takes place. You can choose an automated draw (winners selected instantly when the timer hits zero) or a live draw (you trigger it manually, perfect for streaming on social media).
The draw uses our provably fair system — winning positions are cryptographically committed before any tickets are sold, so results are verifiable and tamper-proof.
6. Review and publish
Before going live, review everything on the Preview tab. Check that your images look good, the description reads well, and the ticket pricing is correct. When you're happy, click Publish to make the raffle live on your store.
Your raffle will immediately appear on your storefront and customers can start purchasing tickets. You'll receive notifications as orders come in.
